Boston Street Capital seeks unique
investment opportunities in private companies where we can team with operational management and add significant value,
while leveraging our strategic partners and global network. Our firm invests in companies providing products or services across a variety of industries.
Our direct investment interest is directed to management teams interested in long-term success.
A typical transaction is one where Boston Street Capital acts as a primary consultant or deal sponsor and is
responsible for all of the corporate finance activities. We arrange the financing and advise on acquisitions,
help complete the management team when needed, and provide ongoing strategic advice. We choose companies where
we can add value to the investment through our assistance in business planning and strategy development,
market development, and operational enhancements.
Our involvement include equity ownership, in addition to advisory services to our client companies. This is often
done in participation with our global network of qualified institutions and investors. In addition to capital, we provide strategic
advisory services while adding value by exposing our clients to a broad range of resources from investment banks, and
financing opportunities, which most small to mid sized companies find difficult to secure.
